Our Pricing Policy
We like to keep our pricing simple, so that our customers/clients know exactly what they are paying for.
We do not charge an hourly rate, as we have heard many bad stories from customers of other companies being charged by the hour, to then watch the worker on site drink tea and read the newspaper for an hour!
When quoting for a 'One-Off' job, such as a general tidy up, you will be given a 'Job Price' and this is the total price that you will be charged no matter how long the job takes or however many workers are on site.
If other materials are needed or other products/skips etc supplied, they will be included in the quotation price, unless otherwise stated on the quotation.
If, whilst doing a job, we discover that more work or supplies are needed, we will speak to you about this, we will not automatically do it and then land you with an unexpected higher bill - you will be in complete control of your budget.
All Regular Maintenance quotes will have a full break down of what your specific requirements are and a choice of weekly or fortnightly visits
